In our observable Universe, the overabundance of stars and gas composed solely of baryonic matter is evident, with no presence of large-scale regions composed of antibaryonic matter. The underlying cause of such a baryon asymmetry stands as a formidable enigma within the field of cosmology. Fingerprints of the veritable theory for the origin of baryon asymmetry may hide in the density fluctuations of baryons, dark matter or radiation across cosmic distances as they are created in the primordial epochs of the cosmic expansion. Recent observations of the cosmic microwave background and the large-scale structure of our Universe resoundly support inflation, suggesting a clear background to test the law of physics at these primordial eras. In this talk, I will introduce the concept of so-called "cosmological collider physics" and its potential applications to probe the prominent theories for baryon asymmetry.
