國立成功大學物理系生活助學金公告
一、 助學金名稱：國立成功大學物理系清寒獎助學金（生活助學金）。
二、 申請條件：凡具有國立成功大學物理系大學部(大一至大四)或研究所(碩一至碩二) 在校生身份，需經濟扶助或家庭突遇重大事故，急需外界伸援者。
適用申請： 1.導師/指導教授/或系上老師推薦者。 2.每學期申請就學貸款者。 3.遇突發變故或其他確實造成學生就學困難之事由則隨到隨審(事由之定義請參照國立成功大學學生緊急紓困及家庭急難慰助金申請辦法，並須依申請之原因事實分別 檢具相關文件)。
三、 申請辦法：即日起開放申請至113年03 月20 日(三)截止。 十月底審查並提撥，如遇突發變故則隨到隨審。恕不受理學期間案件追加申請。
四、 助學金金額與補助人數：本助學金補助期間為每一學期，每學期補助六個月(上學期提撥9 月至隔年2 月，下學期提撥3 月至8 月)，每人每月補助新臺幣貳仟元至捌仟元;若檢附今年度或半年內之低收入戶證明、中低收入戶證明或特殊境遇家庭證明（或公文）之申請人則列入優先考慮，每人每月補助助學金新臺幣捌仟元。次學期須另提出申請。休學、退學、畢業者、大學部延畢、碩三以上者自次月起不予補助。
五、 助學金義務：
申請人於在學期間可參與系上之：
1. 研究計畫(如加入教授研究群組)。
2. 學習計畫(如協助系上相關教授教學工作)。
3. 其他相關事務。
六、 申請者請至 http://ppt.cc/fHuhix 填妥「國立成功大學物理系清寒獎助學金申請表」並跑完申請表內所需之流程後，連同相關證明文件(若有敬請提供)繳交給系辦公室陳小姐。 **申請表中［一年內是否曾申請校外(內)助學措施？］欄位請詳細填寫。
**本捐款用罄本獎學金即停發。

Student Aid Application of Physics Dept.
1. 1st-4th Undergraduate and 1st-2nd MS students from the Dept. of Physics who encounter sudden difficulties or require emergency financial assistance because of personal major incidents.
2. Applications will be taken twice a year. Evaluations will be completed and student aid issued at the beginning of March and October. Emergency will be evaluated immediately.
3. Student aid of $ 2000~$8000/month (determined after evaluation) will be provided for six months for every application starting September and March. Priorities will be given to students with certificates of underprivileged families. Student aid will be terminated in cases of suspension, dismissal and graduation.
4. Please submit all of the required documents and application form to the department of Physics Office by Mar. 20, 2024.
