【Master's Program】Registration for the 2024th Academic Year First-graders -- "First Round Admitted Students + Audition Admitted Students Registration" on 3/15 (Friday) from 1:30 PM to 4:10 PM

- **No need to inquire about past standby situations. Due to variability, the standby status of each school varies from year to year and is not indicative.**
- **No need to register on 3/15; please check the registration status starting from 3/18 at https://nbk.acad.ncku.edu.tw/netcheckin/index.php?c=quall_rwd. Those listed as "awaiting registration" will be notified via email or phone for registration. Failure to register within the registration period will result in the cancellation of admission.**

- Please read the registration notice carefully (related to the semester’s opening).
- Before registration, please fill out the new student basic information form, comprehensive data form, and upload a photo (for student ID, photo specifications according to system instructions) at https://campus4.ncku.edu.tw/wwwmenu/program/fresh/ (where you can inquire about your student ID).
Please fill in the address where you can be contacted after enrollment.

- Prepare the following documents to be submitted:
  1. New student basic information form (copy of ID card, no need to paste photo)
  2. New student comprehensive data form (no need to paste photo)
  3. Copy of graduation certificate (original for verification), or affidavit (already submitted for audition admitted students)
  4. Military service investigation form (for those who have not served or have completed service) (limited to males)
  5. Proof of equivalent academic qualifications, foreign academic qualifications, agreement for on-the-job students to pursue further studies (if not, please neglect this item)

Reminders:
1. If you wish to withdraw, please mail the declaration of withdrawal by August 20th at the latest, or inform us by email and call to confirm receipt by the department.
2. The confirmation letter from the supervising professor can be submitted after registration until the end of summer vacation. (Please download from the Physics Department website, in the form download section: Supervisor/Supervising Professor)
3. During the semester, please use the email address "student ID@gs.ncku.edu.tw", relevant information will be sent to this mailbox.
4. Those planning to apply for credit exemption must formally apply through the NCKU credit exemption system during the first week of the semester. Please refer to the regulations of our

5. Registration + course selection + new student physical examination must be completed before the start of the semester to receive the student ID. Notification for collecting student ID will be sent via email after the semester starts.
